57mm x 32mm Aluminium Stair Nosing with Anti Slip PVC Insert

A coloured PVC insert makes this Profile suitable for most commercial and industrial applications. The 3mm Gauge PVC Layer is generally used to fix with Vinyl, Linoleum and Medium Carpets or similar floor covering. DDA and building codes have been considered in the design of the profile in a variety of styles. It has been designed in accordance with the specifications in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. Insert with an outside grade. An anti-slip floor for wet and dry situations is a consistent hard-wearing formulation with a special blend of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser. Tredsafe insert is produced using this formula. The pyramid pattern with three dimensions provides a slip resistance to ensure safety in wet and dry situations.

Set up.

  • The steps must be dry, clean, free of debris, level and even.
  • If pre-drilled, use the drill holes to mark step drill locations.
  • First drill then plug the steps.  
  • Take the appropriate adhesive and apply it to the underneath of the nosing. Apply nosing to the step.
  • Tighten the step with screws of the right size.
  • Insert the pip or insert, if separate, to cover the screw head.

Note: This profile is pre-drilled and has small pips to cover the holes.
