The NHD Profile can be used in most commercial and industrial applications. The 5mm gauge allows for fixing with carpet or similar floor covering making it versatile. The profile is available in a range of designs with DDA and building regulations accounted for. Designed to meet the guidelines in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. External grade Tredsafe® Insert. Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a special blend of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. The pyramid pattern with three dimensions offers excellent slip resistance in wet and dry conditions.

Installation

• Make sure the steps are dry, clean, free of debris, level and even.
• If pre-drilled, drill holes are used to mark the steps for drilling location.
• Visually plug and drill holes in respective panels.
• The adhesive should be suitable for the surface material of the nosing and step.
• Use screws of suitable dimensions to tighten the step.
• Apply insert or insert pip, if separate, on top of the screw head.

Note: Just to let you know, the holes of this profile are pre-drilled and covered with the small pips present in the profile.
