Commercial Bullnose Stair Nosing 71mm x 55mm Non Slip Edge Trim

This profile is intended for use in most commercial and industrial applications with a colour pvc insert. It comes in a 5mm thickness enabling it to be affixed with carpet or similar floor covering. This profile comes in a variety of designs which comply with DDA and building regulations. Designed to meet the guidelines in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. External grade Insert. Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a special blend of P.V.C, silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. The 3D pyramid design offers outstanding slip resistance, whether on wet or dry surfaces.

Set Up

  • Make Sure the Steps are Dry, Clean, Free of Debris, Level and Even
  • Drill holes can be used to assess drilling positioning if pre-drilled.
  • drilling and plugging procedure
  • Use appropriate glue underneath the nose and apply the nose to the stair step.
  • Use the proper screws to secure the step.
  • Use insert (if separate) or insert pip to cover the screw top.

 

Note: This profile comes pre-drilled with little pips to fill the holes.
