60mm x 55mm Commercial Stair Nosing with Anti Slip PVC Insert

A coloured PVC insert defines this Profile which is generally used for commercial and industrial applications. You can find it in a 5mm gauge which allows for fixing with the carpet or similar floor covering The different applications including buildings, public spaces, roadways, landscaping and livestock effluent treatment can make use of this profile. The external grade insert is designed to meet the code of practice in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. The Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a special blend of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. Three-dimensional design of the pyramid pattern which provides superior slip resistance in wet and dry environments.

Setting up.

  • Make sure steps are dry, clean, clear of debris, level and even.
  • If pre-drilled, utilize the drill holes to indicate the drilling position.
  • Stopper and hole the steps.
  • Apply an appropriate adhesive to the underside of the nosing and apply to the step.
  • Use screws of suitable size to fasten the step. 
  • Use insert or insert pip (if separate) to cover the screw head.

Note: This profile has pre-drilled holes complete with small pips to conceal them.
