Commercial Aluminium Stair Nosing Edge Trim 93x32mm PVC Insert

This Profile, with a coloured PVC insert, is well-suited to a variety of commercial and industrial applications. You may fix it simply either by carpet or similar floor covering due its gauging of 5mm. The product, which is accessible in various designs with DDA and building guidelines adhered to. The Design complies with BS8300:2009+A1:2010 regulations. External grade Insert.Tredsafe insert is made from a special blend of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving a homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for both wet and dry conditions. The three-dimensional pyramid shape delivers superior slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions.

Installation

Make sure the stairs are dry, clean, clear of debris, level and even.
If there are holes drilled already use these marks to drill new ones.
Introduce the steps Drill and Plug.
Put the right-glue up to the underside of the nosing and apply nosing to step.
Use screws of the appropriate size to fasten the step down.
Use insert (if not already attached) or insert pip to hide the screw’s head.

Note: Keep in Mind: Small holes for covering are found on this pre-drilled profile.
