Commercial Bullnose Stair Nosing 91x35mm Non Slip Edge Protection

With a coloured PVC insert, this Profile is suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. This has a 5mm gauge which can be fixed with carpet or similar floor covering. This profile comes in a range of patterns which can accommodate DDA and building regulations. Specifically designed engineering to suit the specifications in BS8300:2009+A1:2010; External grade Insert. Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a special blend of P.V.C. silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser that gives an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. The slip resistant three dimensional pyramid pattern has highly slip resistance on wet and dry conditions.

Setup

  • Make sure steps are dry, clean, free from debris, level and even.
  • Use the holes on the drill to trace steps for drilling location.
  • Drill and plug your steps.
  • Use an appropriate glue underneath the nosing piece, and apply it to the step.
  • Use the correct size screws to fasten down the step.
  • Use insert (if separate) or insert pip to cover the screw head.

 

Note: This profile has an embedded hole and comes with little pips to close it.
