57mm x 55mm DDA Compliant Aluminium Stair Nosing Anti Slip PVC Insert

Manufacturers can adapt this Profile to suit their requirements in various applications. It comes in a 3mm thickness, enabling installation on vinyl, linoleum, medium carpets as well as similar floor covering. The profile comes in various designs which take account of DDA and building regulations. Designed to meet the recommendations in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. External grade Insert. Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a unique mix of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. The pyramid pattern with 3-D effects that offers excellent slip resistance under wet or dry conditions.

Assembly.

• Make sure the steps are dry, clean and free from debris.
• If pre-drilled, use the drill holes to mark step drilling location.
• The steps drill and plug.
• Put a suitable glue on the nostril underside and connect nostril to the step.
• Use screws of appropriate size to secure the step.
• Apply an insert (if separate) or insert the pip to cover the screw head.

Note: This profile has been drilled beforehand and provided with small pips to plug the holes.
