DDA Compliant Aluminium Stair Nosing 67 x 55mm Anti Slip Edge Trim

It is suitable for most commercial and industrial applications of fabricating. The product comes in a 3mm thickness which allows for the fixing of Vinyl or linoleum or medium carpets or similar. The profile comes with many designs taking and conforming to DDA / building regs into account. Designed to meet the recommendations in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. External grade Insert. Tredsafe insert is manufactured from a special blend of P.V.C., silica quartz and polymeric plasticiser giving an homogeneous hard wearing anti-slip flooring for wet and dry conditions. The three-dimensional pyramid design offers excellent slip resistance in both wet and dry conditions.

Setup.

  • Make sure the steps are dry, clean, free of debris, evenly leveled.
  • Utilize drill holes for marking placement of steps if pre-drilled.
  • Repeating a Drilling or Plugging Steps
  • Put an appropriate adhesive on the underside of the nosing and attach nosing to the step.
  • Use suitably sized screws to attach the step.
  • Use insert pip or insert (if separate) to conceal the screw head.

 

Note: This pre-drilled profile comes with tiny pips that hide the drilled holes.
