Great design with no visible screws or plugs. Just create holes in the areas that connect the floors (or through underneath flooring that has been laid), slide in the supplied plugs into the track beneath the trim making sure they line up to holes drilled previously. Afterwards, apply firm pressure on the trim in order to push the plugs fully into the holes so that the silicone produces a cushion between the trim and the floor. Each trim comes in pristine condition within the packaging of the manufacturer, supplied with the necessary installation screws.
